2019 Make A Wish Community Event! Join Us!
  • 8:00am PDT - 11:00am PDT August 17th, 2019
  • In support of our greater Sacramento community we have partnered with West Coast Youth Sports Inc. (WCYSI), a nonprofit, and plan to attend and support 2 local community events yearly. Our first will be in support of the Make-A-Wish foundation and their annual “Walk For Wishes” fundraiser event. Join our team for the walk!

JOIN US FOR OUR NEXT INSPIRATIONAL WALK! 

The WCBA leadership group, participating families and their youth athletes will be participating in this annual event. CLICK HERE

Come walk with us! 100% of donations goes towards Make-A-Wish. Donations are appreciated by Make-A-Wish recipients but are not required to walk and support. 

WHY WALK? 

  • Support a cause that is greater than ourselves or basketball. 
  • Lead our youth communities by example and serve selflessly. 
  • Great teaching moment for us parents, guardians and youth leaders to educate those we guide, love and cherish that giving builds character and community. 
  • You will be inspired by this event. 
  • Stunning venue and our basketball community can connect with each other outside of the courts. 

WEST COASTH BASKETBALL ASSOCIATION HAS DONATED $500 to kick off the event partnered with West Coast Youth Sports Inc. a 501(c)(3) non profit and 100% of the proceeds go towards the Make-A-Wish cause. We welcome you to donate any amount you feel comfortable with but it is NOT required for you to donate to participate and walk with us.
