What is the WCBA refund policy? 

• Before the Player Clinic: Withdrawals made prior to the Player Clinic may be eligible for a refund minus a $150 service fee.
• After the Player Clinic: No refunds will be issued for withdrawals after the Player Clinic.
• Special Circumstances: In cases such as a pre-season injury or placement on a school team, WCBA may waive the service fee and apply a full credit toward the following WCBA season.
